An appeal from our fellow bosconians:

Dear Lai,
I received a personal email from our outgoing batch
(76)president Allan Cueva appealing for financial
assistance to help fund the DBA Pampanga annual LSD
Christmas drive.
After the batch's annual recollection last Saturday,
which was attended by 21 of our batchmates and
moderated by Fathers Remo Bati and Felino Gueco,
Father Gueco mentioned to Allan that the recipients of
this year's LSD will be the non-teaching personnel
(about 40 of them). According to Allan, Father Gueco
told him that this year's recipients will
be more than happy to receive the annual yuletide
presents, in the form of groceries. But funding is a
major concern.

I am knocking at your heart's generosity. Since we are
very blessed, I encourage all of us to share a little
bit of what we have to our less fortunate brothers and
sisters working for our former school.
My batch has pooled some money which I will remit
before the end of next week (hopefully before Dec 6)to
Allan Cueva to be given to Father Gueco. If you can
spearhead the passing of the hat among your classmates
and our fellow Bosconians, it would really help a
worthy and great cause.
We will make a complete accounting of the amount
collected and will make sure that everyone will be
acknowledged.
Thank you and may all of us be more blessed.
As the saying goes "It is better to give than to
receive."

Happy Holidays!

Ed Tayag
